I'm ridiculously ridiculous.  I mean, it's been about a month since I last updated.  Aren't I lazy?

So much has happened in the last month though!  School started again, and so has my usual stress stomach aches.  It's going well, and I like most of my classes.  And it's so great to see everybody again!  Friends are awesome.

My schedule is a little hectic though.  I'm taking a full class schedule, plus work, chorale practice/travelling, my workouts, jr. high girls' leadership, praise team practice, and church activities, not to mention homework and a social life!  It energizes me to an extent to have so much to do, but I really appreciate it when I get a few hours off.  Naps are fabulous.  So are Saturdays.

Anyway, I need to get back to work.  Cya friends!

This Saturday I run my first race since 5th grade: A 5k (3.1 mile) race for something my company is involved in called Corporate Challenge.

3.1 miles may not sound like much, but for me, being able to run that far without walking is a huge milestone.  I've never been athletic at all, but last January I decided to get my butt in gear.  In the months since then, I've lost weight, gained some muscle definition, and increased my endurance.

Last winter I couldn't even run half a mile without having to to walk, and now I can do 3!   Maybe someday I'll be able to do 10 or something.  I'm really enjoying this getting in shape stuff.

Yes, it has been over two months since I last posted a blog entry.  "Why?" you ask?  I don't know.  I simply lost interest and figured if I just wrote about boring crap that nobody would read anyway, it'd sort of be pointless, wouldn't it?

Anyway, I finally have something to write about.  A Coldplay concert!!!  Last Friday night.  It was simply incredible.  They're geniuses, and so is whoever put together their light show.  Their music gets into you, doesn't it?  Like, whenever I listen to their CDs (particularly certain songs), I can feel the music in my chest.    We had amazing box seats at the show, and during the last song Chris Martin (the lead singer) started running through the crowd and ran right  like three feet in front of me and Manda!  It was the greatest.  The two guys in our box got really drunk and started hitting on us, but we had fun anyway.   Coldplay rocks!!!!!!!!

I really don't know what to say, but I need to update, so here goes.

My shopping trip with Charley went well, though I ended up spending more on one shirt from Express than I was planning on spending at all.  Oh well.  It's a pretty shirt.

Jeremy's in town for Master's Praise training, which is GREAT, cause that means I get to see him!  Hooray!  Jeremy's so cool.

I got another compliment on my butt today.  That's seriously like the 8th one in the past few months.  I don't know what it is, but my butt's become my best feature somehow.  Go figure.

Anyway, have a good Monday, if you can.

I love it when guys have taste.

Charley, my personal trainer, is coming for a visit tomorrow night.  But besides just our usual session, we're going to go shopping in Fort Wayne.  He has great taste in clothing, even girls' clothing.  I usually wish I could get a guy's perspective when I go shopping, and I'm excited that I've finally found a guy friend to go with.  Charley's the greatest!
